Scandinavian Sales Manager - MOReTENs AB, Ostersund, Sweden ( part of Wood Mizer Holding)
Area of activity: Sweden, Norway, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and support the Distribution Network to meet and exceed annual sales goals
• Expand existing network (seek new dealers if needed)
• Develop skills and knowledge that elevate the Distribution Network’s effectiveness
• Conduct regular performance dialogs and feedback to Distribution Network
• Travel extensively and regularly into the region of responsibility
• Implement new products on the above markets in cooperation with Headquarters in Europe
Skills and experience requirements:
• 3+ years directing a Distribution Network
• Proven success with managing International distribution networks
• Extensive business travel and management of remote Distributors
• Fluent in English
• Experience in sales and marketing.
• Bachelor degree in business
